Baiba offers one-on-one, group and corporate movement, meditation, and forest therapy sessions. These practices can be organised as sessions or as a unique events combining them together to magnify their benefits.

Each session and event is created uniquely for you, your body and mind; it is crafted according to what you desire and feel what is needed in your life. The sessions can be created in line with moon phases, four seasons and their elements, as well as by the needs of your mind and body - to release tension, improve sleep quality, create a sense of relaxation and ease within.
